Today we read on social-networking platforms the boastful nature of M23 killings and conquest sprees, but for how long will this go-on unchallenged??

Sultani Makenga
However, it should’t surprise anyone as killing is the only thing they know and have mastered very well. We all know their intention, that of Balkanising Congo and to create a heaven of plunder for criminal paul kagame and Yoweri Museveni. What we are witnessing is an aggression war from Uganda and Rwanda imposed on Congolese people. The Congolese National Army, is fighting two criminal national armies that have mastered the art of terrorising innocent Africans.

Maybe I might be a bit mistaken about the legitimacy of M23 cause, but let me remind people.

The 23 march 2009 agreement allowed Rwanda Defense Forces (RDF) to join-in the hunt of the so called Fdlr Hutus genocidaires. The Rwanda Defence Forces participated in Kimia 1, Kimia 2, Umoja Wetu, Amani Leo, Amani Kamilifu operations. Most of these Rwanda soldiers never returned to Rwanda. They instead became Fardc (Congo Forces) officers. It is an open secret. They are the ones who constitute the cornerstone of M23.
We have two types of Fdlr: One still commanded by General Rwarakabije, a former Fdlr Chief of staff who defected to Kigali from were he still coordinates operations inside Congo aimed to make Kivu ungovernable, to cause mayhem and havoc (rape, mass murders), and to sabotaging the Fardac operations. It is this group that is used to manufacture blackmails and treason accusations against Rwandese opposition figures like Mushayidi, Ingabire and General Kayumba.

This group includes Fdlr who were repatriated from DRC to Rwanda, demobilized, and then sent back to DRC, when the need arises. So, it’s a vicious circle. The Fdlr will never go away because Kagame wants it to remain alive so he can cash on it and build his propaganda on the endless pretext threat, that the group poses to Rwanda. The second includes those who were in conflict with Rwarakabije in the bush; and who are afraid of returning to Rwanda; especially now that Rwarakabije is the Head of Rwandan prisons.
Today ¾ of Fdlr foot soldiers include young people (between 15-30 years old) have nothing to do with genocide against Tutsis because in 1994 they were either not born yet or too young.

Unlike General Nkunda, General Bisengimana, General Bivegete, General Masunzu, General Kijege, General Rwibasira, General Mukiza, General Gakwavu, colonels Makenga, Mutebusi, Padiri, etc, etc… who are authentic true Congolese Citizens.
The Terminator, Bosco Ntaganda is a Rwandese Citizen (even the ICC arrest warrant shows that). The Drc nationality law, clearly stipulates that anyybody whose parents were in Congo on June 30, 1960 is a Congolese National.
However, Criminal Bosco Ntaganda was born in 1973 in Kinigi, Rwanda. His parents were not in Congo in 1960.
But his godfather, Criminal Paul Kagame wants the world to believe that he is Congolese. He is not. Rwanda wants to force him down Congo’s throat as he did with General James Kabarebe whom he presented as Congolese. President Kabila was compelled at gun point to appoint Kabarebe as Congo Defense Forces’ Chief of Staff. When L-D Kabila declared (the obvious) that Kabarebe was Rwandese, and that he had to leave Congo, Rwandese Tutsi soldiers in Congo rioted, and Kabarebe created RCD-Goma which later would metamorphose into Cndp, and now into M23. Like Kabarebe, Ntaganda is Rwandese: same mission, same bullying of Congolese, same mafia, same project.
So, it’s a vicious circle. The Fdlr will never go away because Kagame wants it to remain alive so he can cash on it and build his propaganda on the endless menace the group represents to Rwanda.

In Congo, Tutsis represent less than 1% of the total population. Yet, in Kivu, 90% of colonels, and other higher ranking officers in Fardc, are Tutsis. As a matter of fact, Tutsis have 20 generals within the Drc army! Hunde, Nyanga, Bashi, Bembe, etc. have none.
The Inspector General of Police, the MD and CEO of all Congo Revenue, the General Auditor of the FARDC, the Chief of Fardc Logistic, the Commandants of Fardc in the provinces of Bandundu and South-Kivu, the Commandant of Kitona Airs base, etc. are Tutsi.
Most of the current operation Commanders (regiments) in Kivu, are Tutsis. Where is the discrimination against them? All the defecting officers had ‘jeeps de commandement’ (which they burned down). No other Congolese president would favor Tutsis as Joseph Kabila did. No wonder that some say that he is also a Tutsi.
Can you imagine: Most of the Fardc soldiers and Commanders who are fighting M23 are Kabila loyalist Tutsis. To avoid a fratricide war, loyalist Tutsis soldiers keep withdrawing from their positions. But the point is that Congolese Tutsis are very much afraid of the M23 war backlash! They know that Kagame will come and go, but Congolese Tutsis will have to live with other Congolese whose families have been wiped out by Kagame’s mass crimes whereby Congolese have been killed (1000 in Kisangani, 200 in Kiwanja), burnt to death (876 in Makobola), buried alive (14 women in Kasika), castrated ( 12 men in Karuba):

You don’t need a PHD in military science to tell that M23 criminals won’t be able to hold on chunks of territory for long due to the lack of man-power, plus hearts and minds of congolese people. Like any spoilt child, we see M23 being over pampered by their Uganda and Rwanda godfathers(Kagame and Museveni), and arrogantly tormenting Congolese, day-in day-out because the two godfathers have unconditionally pledged to love them regardless of what everyone thinks of the out-come.

Kagame is a political chess player, a gambler who doesn’t have anything to lose and who thinks that every result of the game is all benefit. To him, its a game and he is only interested in the results which will benefit him and his friends regardless of the collateral damages, be them Congolese or Rwandans. What is important most to him is the results of his numerous actions and strategies. He plays on many scenes, uses many tools at the same time and he cannot preserve himself from doing anything in order to succeed. No human life is more important to him than his and the ultimate goal is power, more power, absolute power.
He has a master plan and he is determined to do whatever it takes in order, to reach the set goals so he is ready to try everything because he believes he does not have anything to lose, and he is determined to outsmart everyone else.

He has succeeded to silence every discordant voice within himself and around him in order to reach his goals. He is a permanent warrior who must always be in motion because any other situation will mean his end. He has got many soldiers who must be kept busy for his own security. His army is a problem if his soldiers are not busy. So some are to be sent to Darfur and others in Congo otherwise they can go rogue and threaten his murderous leadership.

What we see in Congo be it: AFDL, RCD, CNDP, M23 are just multiple forms of materializing that master plan so while this current crisis must be resolved quickly we must not believe or expect that will be the end of Kagame’s killing spree.
Even if M23 is fighting unpopular war, its a serious blow to him and his followers/supporters-this won’t stop him from harvesting killing fields in Congo, till he is stopped either by nature or by his people or by someone else. That is the nature of his life and he cannot do anything to change that because he does not know anything else.

We do not have to imagine that suddenly criminal Paul Kagame will decide to be more reasonable and take into account collateral damages. He can only be forced to change because he has always gone too far in order for him to change the course of his actions and behavior. The only way of defeating him is to outsmart him in his own game either by rendering it obsolete (and thus depriving him of followers) or by defeating him in his own game along with his followers. He has put himself in a situation where he is obliged to succeed in order to have followers and supporters and the system he has created will not survive many defeats.
To defeat him requires improving oneself permanently, thinking more and more because it is a permanent war, a daily struggle where only the stronger survive. For him, there is neither permanent victory nor permanent defeat. Everything can be challenged and must be challenged. He is himself a permanent challenge and you must not celebrate after a victory but a victory over him requires more work, more involvement in securing that victory by many other victories because a defeat before him encourages him to manufacture many other defeats.

To beat and defeat Kagame you have to become stronger and better than him because if you are weaker or dumb you will perish. Since the founding of Congo as a nation in 1885, Kagame is among the most serious threats Congo has had to face but I am not worried because we, as a nation and a country, we will defeat him. We have already proven our resilience and we always overcome obstacles and during the Belgian period we have proven that with organisation and discipline Congo can play an important role not only in Africa but also in the world. though, 30th June 1960 was only the transfer of power from Belgians to Congolese but Congo had existed.

The Tutsi’s in Congo are less than 1% of the total population. How did their issue become a reflection of the national situation ?? Out of the 5 million people who have now died as a consequence of this war brought to Congo, ethnic groups other than Tutsi’s have suffered the most. The reality is that it is all about interests. Eastern Congo, the target region, is rich in natural resources. Kagame didn’t get resources to support his campaign for free. But he has not delivered and his supporters are now abandoning him. The latest development seem to point to the fact that a new deal, post Kagame, is now being fomented. But the people of Congo have suffered the most, in millions, the cost of the failed Kagame experiment. The real question now, is what is the New Deal for the region. Let it be a win win deal for Congo, the region and the world.

Should we just seat and drown in our sorrows?? Of-course never!
The problem many Congolese and their friends have been doing in the past years, it to rely on the so called international community to impose economic sanctions on Rwanda and Uganda-you must be suffering from nodding illness to believe that imperialists can be your savior.
Maybe you’ve not been educated enough about the aid industry, its a Multi-billion tit that not only feeds dictators, but also their western accomplices in crimes against humanity. Thus, Africa is a humanitarian theme-park for the West.

By running to the International Community and begging them to suspend Aid to Criminal regimes in Uganda and Rwanda- in fact, we’re stopping the creation of jobs for western bureaucrats and their local African agent in the region-Aid flows in many directions and also covers criminality such as money laundering.

The other aspect is the players in the game:Tony Blair and the Clinton. Why do you think Israel terrorism on Gaza is happening at the same-time when Rwanda/Uganda terrorism is on the loose in Congo?? very simple, the brains behind Palestine and Congo genocide are the same-by capturing mineral shafts in Congo, Israel will be able to cover its war costs and Congo plunder will take place unabated as this time, it will be under the firm grip of M23 hardcore criminals.
This plunder will be very aggressive and we shall hear of many double-crossings and assassinations due to greed-certain individuals within the M23 criminality ring, will get pissed-off as the spoils from plundered minerals will be only flowing to a few individuals.
Also Congo is a top supplier of human organs to western military enterprises, with many wars being fought endlessly and increasing casualties, the organ supply must be protected by any means necessary.

However, for M23 relying on toys from a poor godfather to torment children of a richer neighbour, and deceiving themselves that they’re are a far a superior army, is very idiotic.
Though Congo today suffers from numerous management flows, its 100 wealthier than Rwanda and Uganda-they can afford to sustain a war on any aggressor for over 50 years.
We know that Joseph Kabila might be attempted to make peace with Kagame and museveni’s criminal out-fit, however this won’t mean that the masses will buy into being back-stabbed once again. As I write this, the people are planning a mother of all resistance.

Will M23 be able to roam congo freely as they fantasise? Of course not as their support is almost non existence-though they do have some support among criminal outfits such as; Sheka,Raia Mutomboki, FDC, etc. that support is limited and as the killing and conquest spree continues, the support will evaporate. Its not a secret, 90% of Congolese Kinyarwanda speakers despise them and don’t want anything to do with the thugs. The reason for this, is the dynamic social fabric of Congo-its the spirit of being Congolese, and this’s what M23 lacks in character. Thus, its a foreign out-fit that has been created to enslave Congolese.

The people of congo have gone through hell, and we won’t let M23 criminals to do business as usual.
We are going to mobilise fighters from all corners of Africa to uproot kagame and Museveni’s cancer from congo for good. We have free-lance fighters that won’t hesitate when we call upon them. What will be in place, is peace made in hell. Its also a duty for all Congolese that have access to tools of communication, to mobilise and create a new theater of resistance.

The most interesting part of this will be the nature of guerrilla-war-fare that will crop-up in Congo. For the first-time, we shall witness home-grown cells that will be united in one cause. That of eliminating the people’s enemy. The world shall witness a new wave of indiscriminate killings and rapes by Kagame’s criminal out-fit. As usual, Western NGO’s will pretend to care but as always, they’ll be doing it to create jobs and a feel-good factor for their own self-esteem.

You can also tell from some of the Military Uniforms being won by the leadership of M23 criminal cartel, its the same uniforms being won by American troops in their so called global war on terror. I think you don’t need a collage diploma to figure-out how they were acquired.

Soon these M23 Criminals will be walking on Red carpets in Western capitals, to seal Blood mineral deals from Congo, and they’ll be accorded super-star status because they look interesting:
